A personal note from Ross Turner

Dear Client

I am sure many of us have had to navigate through some choppy waters over the years however the recent outbreak of COVID-19 is unsettling for everyone.

I would like to personally reassure you that the welfare of our patient is, and will remain, our top priority which is why both my staff and I are doing all we can to make sure that we look after you and keep you safe and why we are following closely the advice from the NHS and the UK government.

As a specialist eye care practice we have always taken hygiene seriously adhering to strict clinical guidelines to ensure our practice and equipment remains clean but we have introduced extra measures during this time to make every effort to try to reduce the risk as much as possible.  If you would like to know more about these measures or to know our current trading hours, please read our Covid-19 Practice Update page.

We look forward to seeing you at the practice but if you feel at all unwell, however slight, please do not attend for your optical appointment and just call us instead on 020 8642 0563 to let us know.  We will be very happy to rearrange your appointment to another date.

In the meantime, we encourage patients to follow the latest advice from the NHS and the UK government.  For the most up-to-date information, please visit the NHS website.

If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us and a staff member will be happy to talk with you or to pass on a message to either Callum or me.

Finally, may I encourage you to not overlook the impact that even very small acts of kindness can have on others at this difficult time as we look out for our friends, family and neighbours.
