How to claim your guarantee

Our guarantee starts from the date you have collected your spectacles. You will be given a Guarantee Card which is valid for 30 calendar days.

If you are not 100% happy we will replace your Crizal Transitions lenses with the equivalent clear lenses and will offer a refund for the price difference.
